How do I get free shipping?
At checkout, enter the email address you use to log in to your Keyholder account. Free shipping will then be automatically applied to your order. If you use a different email address, free shipping cannot be applied.
Accruing Points
How do I accrue points?
Keyholders accrue points with every purchase, including subscriptions. You must use the same email address that you sign up with when you check out to receive points for that purchase. If you use autofill when completing your billing details, please check that you have the email address associated with your Keyholder account before completing your checkout.
Members can also earn points by following Wilderton on social media, referring friends, leaving reviews, and more. You can see all available methods on your account page.
Why didn’t I get points for my purchase?
To accrue points points on appropriate account, you must complete orders with the same email address that you log in with. If you regularly use more than one email address and/or rely on autofill when entering your billing information, it’s possible your order was processed with a different email address. To ensure that you always receive your due points, please check the email field before completing an order.

Where can I keep track of my point earnings?
Once you’ve signed up to become a Keyholder, you can keep track of your earnings and redeem your rewards by logging in to your account.
Do my points expire?
No, your points do not expire.
How do I get points for reviewing products?
After purchasing any of our delicious aperitivos, you will receive an email asking you to provide a review. If you use this email to review our products, 100 points will added to your account.
In order to prevent abuse, you cannot receive points for leaving a review directly on the website.
Redeeming Points
How do I redeem points?
To redeem points, log in to your account account page scroll to the “Claim Rewards” section. Choose the reward you'd like to cash in your points for, click "Get Reward" and then click “Redeem” in the ensuing popup.
If you are redeeming your points for merch, your selected reward product will be automatically added to your cart and you will be redirected to the cart page. You can continue to shop or proceed with your checkout.
If you are redeeming your points for a discount, you will be provided with a discount code after you click “Redeem”. Copy this code and paste it into the discount code field at checkout. Make sure to hit Apply after you have entered the code.
Note: As soon as you click “Redeem”, points will be deducted from your account in exchange for the discount code. These points are removed regardless of whether you continue to your checkout that day or not. If you do not check out with the provided discount code, you can find it at a later time under the “Existing Rewards” section of your account page. Simply click on the reward and your code will be provided again.
Can I redeem partial points?
Each reward requires a specific amount of points. You must have the necessary points to put toward any given reward. If you are in between reward amounts, you cannot receive a custom reward that reflects your current points.
For example: If you have 800 points, you can redeem 500 of them for the $5 voucher or wait until you've accrued 1000 points to get the $10 voucher. You cannot get $8 off.
Can I use my discount reward on my subscription?
At this time, you can only apply a discount to a single purchase or the initial payment for a new subscription.
Referrals
How do I refer a friend?
You can find your referral link on your account page. Click the “Share” button beside it. You can use the provided sharing methods to easily post or send your link or copy it to share however you like.
Once your friend visits the site using your share link, they’ll see a popup with a discount code. Your friend must copy this code and paste it into the discount code field at checkout. Make sure to hit Apply after they have entered the code.
Once they have completed a purchase of more than $20 using the discount code, you’ll receive 1500 points.
How many friends can I refer?
There is no limit to the amount of friends you can refer. The referred friend must make a purchase of at least $20 and must use the coupon code they received when they clicked on your shared link.
Explorer Level
How does the Explorer Level subscription work?
The Explorer Level works on a subscription model with a quarterly fee of $49.99. Upon completing your first payment of $49.99, you will immediately be granted all Explorer Level benefits. After your initial purchase you will be charged $49.99 every 90 days until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time. The subscription charge date may not correspond with the shipment date of the cocktail kits included in the Explorer Level. Cocktail kits are sent quarterly on a fixed scheduled. You must have an existing Keyholder account or create one to add the Explorer Level subscription to your cart.
How do I become a member of the Explorer Level?
Sign in or create an account, then visit the Explorer Level subscription page. Add the subscription to your cart and proceed to checkout. Upon completion of your first payment, you will immediately be granted all Explorer Level benefits.
When will I receive my cocktail kits?
Cocktail kits are sent on a fixed schedule every quarter (3 months). If you sign up more than 10 days before a scheduled shipment, you will receive that cocktail kit. Otherwise, you will receive the following quarter's kit.
What's included in the cocktail kits?
Cocktail kits include a 200 ml bottle of Wilderton Citrus or Aperitivo as well as ingredients and instructions for delicious non-alcoholic cocktails. Your box will also include 3 coupons for free cocktails at the tasting room.
Can I buy a cocktail kit without subscribing?
No, our limited edition cocktail kits are currently a special perk for Explorer Level Keyholders only.
How do I get my free cocktail at the tasting room?
Included in your quarterly cocktail kit are three free cocktail vouchers. Simply hand your voucher to the cashier when you order. You may only use 1 voucher per transaction.
How do I cancel my Explorer Level subscription?
On your account page, click “Manage Subscriptions” to navigate to the subscription portal. Go to “Subscriptions”, and click on your Explorer membership. The ensuing page will provide you with details about your subscription as well as the option to cancel it.
What happens when I cancel my subscription?
When you cancel your membership, you will become a Seeker Level Keyholder. You will no longer receive your quarterly cocktail kits, free cocktail vouchers, or automatic access to VIP events and classes. However, as a Seeker, you will continue to earn points with every order and have access to many other benefits such as monthly double points, birthday coupons, and more.
