Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping for Keyholder club members as well as on purchases of $100 or more within the continental US.
For orders under $100, we offer $8.00 flat rate shipping to all 50 US states via UPS Ground. UPS Ground estimates delivery in 1-5 business days from day of shipment, but this is not guaranteed.
We also offer $15 expedited shipping.
International Shipping
At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping.
How can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping for Keyholder club members as well as on purchases of $100 or more within the continental US.
If you are a Keyholder, you must enter the email address you use to log in to your account at checkout. Free shipping will then be automatically applied to your order. If you use a different email address, free shipping cannot be applied.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at operations@wildertonaperitivo.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
As we ship exclusively with UPS we are not able to ship to PO Boxes
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at operations@wildertonaperitivo.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Cocktail kits received as part of the Keyholder Explorer Level subscriptions cannot be returned.
