A big, bright and warming elixir. Equal parts floral and citrus-forward, with lingering hints of vanilla and caramel.
Ingredients

2 oz Bittersweet Aperitivo
8 oz water
1.5 oz vanilla syrup
1 hibiscus tea bag
1 oz mandarin juice
0.75 oz lemon juice
Orange slices
Dried rosehip
Garnish
Directions
Add water to a small pot and bring to a simmer.
Turn heat to low and add tea bag. Set a timer. At eight minutes add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir to combine and bring up to temp.
Continue to keep heat on low.
At ten minutes, remove pot from heat and pull tea bag out.
Serve immediately in two clear toddy glasses, garnish with orange slices and a dried rosehip.
