Ingredients

2 oz Bittersweet Aperitivo
5 cranberries
1 heaping tbs of honey
1 oz pineapple juice (orange juice will work too)
½ oz lemon juice
Pinch salt
Long rosemary sprig
2 cranberries
Powdered sugar
Garnish
Directions
In a highball glass, gently muddle cranberries, honey, lemon juice, and salt until combined.
Add Bittersweet Aperitivo and pineapple juice.
Remove half the leaves from the bottom of 1 long rosemary sprig and use the stem as a skewer for 2 cranberries.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar for a snowfall look
- Lightly singe remaining rosemary leaves for aromatics before serving
