The herbalist in me loves this botanical cocktail

I just happened on this non-alcoholic botanical cocktail at Sprouts.

Not only does it have a delightful bittersweet taste, but the herbalist in me loves that it contains several Chinese Medicinal herbs like gentian (Long Dan Cao) to benefit the liver, galangal (Gao Liang Jian) to benefit the stomach, and Angelica (Dang Gui) to benefit the blood.

It’s actually a good digestive aid.

Great non-alcoholic spirit

Wilderton has a winner with their Bittersweet Aperitivo. It has a unique flavor from the botanicals they use and it is well balanced, not too sweet or too bitter. It is great on the rocks or with a splash of soda. I have not found a better offering. You don't need alcohol to enjoy this spirit.
