A caffeinated riff on a classic Boulvardier. It's bold and balanced, with robust coffee and citrus flavors
Ingredients

1.5 oz Bittersweet Aperitivo
1.5 oz cold brew
.25 oz maple syrup
Pinch salt
Lemon peel
Lemon Twist
Garnish
Directions
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass (including lemon peel, pinched to express the oils into the mixing glass).
Stir briskly for 15 seconds.
Strain over a large ice cube in a double old fashioned glass.
Garnish with a fresh trimmed lemon peel.
